Job summary

Ortigas-based Legal Supervisor role in a lending company requires a Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized Philippine law school, an active Bar, and 4–6 years post-bar legal experience, including 2 years in qualified Philippine OLP institutions; fintech/lending experience is mandatory. The role owns SEC and AMLC regulatory relationships and compliance work, with external law firm coordination and cross-institutional cooperation.

Excellent English is required; Filipino is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized Philippine law school.
• Active Bar passer and valid IBP member.
• 4–6 years post-bar legal experience, incl. 2 years in Philippine OLP institutions; fintech/lending experience is mandatory.
• Experience liaising with SEC and AMLC.
• Knowledge of RA 9474, AMLC regulations and SEC memos.
• Experience managing external law firms and cross-institutional legal projects.
• Proficient in English; Filipino a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own SEC and AMLC regulatory relationships and compliance work.
• Coordinate with external law firms and cross-institutional teams.
• Present risk assessments and regulatory updates to management.
