San Miguel Foods seeks a Production Planner to prepare finished goods production plans and allocate resources for the assigned business unit in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. You will monitor output against the plan, explain variances, and propose corrective actions to meet requirements.

The role includes identifying opportunities for process improvements based on daily operations and maintains focus on timely, efficient production within a short-term 4-month contract.

Qualificações

• Graduation in Business Administration, Business Management, Mathematics or Management Accounting; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Willing to be assigned in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Prepares a finished goods (FG) production plan and allocation for the assigned business unit aligned with the management's direction, ensures that the actual output is aligned with the plan, recognizes possible reasons for variances, and proposes action plans to meet the requirements. Proposes for process improvements projects based on the issues and concerns raised in the day-to-day business operation. 4 months contract only

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Mathematics or Management Accounting. Preferably a Graduate of Industrial Engineering
2. Willing to be assigned in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
3. Preferably with experience on Supply Chain Management
