Job summary

Alon Capital Finance Corporation is seeking an Account Officer to convert inbound leads into borrowers while nurturing relationships with an existing client portfolio. You will guide applicants from inquiry and onboarding through loan delivery and ongoing account management.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, are fluent in English, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with ownership and accountability.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to inbound leads, guiding prospects through application and onboarding.
Qualify clients to ensure they meet lending requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with an assigned borrower portfolio.
Identify opportunities for repeat financing and deepen client relationships.
Oversee end-to-end client experience from inquiry to post-disbursement management.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams to process applications.
Keep client and pipeline data current in CRM systems.
Monitor portfolio activity and address client concerns promptly.
