MicroSourcing is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to maintain and optimize our financial ERP systems while leading a team of branch accountants. You will set up COA structures, oversee intercompany transactions, and support consolidation and standard reporting for leadership.

The role requires expert ERP administration, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Night shift, onsite at Eastwood Libis, Quezon City with competitive rewards and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ERP expertise with multi-ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong knowledge of COA, cost centers, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Experience in group consolidation and GAAP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations.
