Job summary

FWD Life Insurance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Solutions Consultant to join our Bancassurance Sales Force in Pasig. The role focuses on driving sales performance, acquiring new business, and building productive relationships with bank partners to expand the distribution network.

You will engage Security Bank clients with our traditional and variable products, leverage your sales experience, and work independently with energy and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's Degree graduate but preferably business course related.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be deployed or relocated in Pasig area.
• Nice to have Sales Experience preferably from insurance, banking, real estate, pharmaceutical industry or any Sales industries.
• A commendable sales performance in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, Securities, Investment) and in Corporate Banking or Wealth Management/Financial Planning to high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a focus on internal and external customers.
• Must be a team player but able to work independently with energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.
• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
