Job summary

FWD Group Philippines seeks a Financial Solutions Consultant (Partnership) to serve as an ambassador to partnered bank clients and promote FWD’s traditional and variable insurance products. You will report to the Area Sales Head and help grow the bank-channel distribution, balancing new business with client retention.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year sales/account management in financial services is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably business-related.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year solid sales and account management experience in financial services is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
• Must be a team player but able to work independently with high energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.
• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
