FWD Life Insurance Corporation is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive acquisition and retention of quality business in General Santos City. You will promote FWD's Traditional and Variable products to Security Bank clients and cultivate a productive partnership with Security Bank to generate new leads and opportunities.

Based in GenSan, you should have a bachelor's degree and bring experience in insurance sales or related financial services.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree.
• Based in General Santos or nearby areas; willing to be assigned in GenSan City as business demands.
• Nice to have sales experience preferably from insurance, bancassurance, banking, real estate or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customers.

• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Commendable sales performance in Financial Advisor (Insurance, Unit Trust, Securities, Investment) or Corporate Banking/Wealth management.

About the role

Responsible for overall delivery of sales performance and acquisition of new business. Retention of quality business for the assigned branch and area in General Santos City Area. Entails implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain cordial business relationship with bank partners and to grow and retain dedicated sales distribution model.

Key responsibilities

• Offering of FWD's Traditional and Variable products to Security Bank clients.




• Establishing a good relationship with Security Bank in order to produce lead generations.

About you
