ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified with 7+ years in external audits and at least 2 years in a managerial role, with solid IFRS/FRS 102 knowledge and a client-focused mindset.

Formación

• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified
• 7+ years external audits with 2 years as a manager, including Financial Services such as Banking and Asset Management
• Proven experience managing audits and leading engagement teams
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102, and financial services regulatory environment
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• Experience in a Big 4 or Top 10 firm is advantageous but not essential

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality audit services for Banking, and Asset Management clients.
• Design and execute audit strategies in line with accounting and regulatory frameworks (IFRS, FRS 102).
• Own engagements from planning through completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage, coach, and mentor audit teams including Assistant Managers, Seniors, and trainees.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactively identify value-added opportunities.
• Ensure audits comply with relevant standards and regulatory requirements; stay updated on technical developments.
