Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) in the Philippines seeks an experienced Audit Senior to lead end-to-end audits for investment funds and asset management clients, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP. You will manage complex valuations, NAV calculations and regulatory reporting, and deliver high-quality audit artifacts.

You will review working papers, coordinate with onshore engagement teams from Makati, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements within the offshore team to maintain

Qualifications

• External audit experience with 3–5 years, asset management / funds focus.
• Experience with end-to-end audits preferred.
• Solid knowledge of fund structures and NAV processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end audits for funds and wealth clients, ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Review fund valuations, NAVs, portfolios, fees, statements and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and review audit documentation for planning to conclusion.
• Serve as primary contact for onshore teams and clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing coaching and feedback.
• Identify audit issues and control weaknesses; propose timely resolutions.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to maintain high-quality service.
• Support offshore team continuous improvement initiatives.
