Job summary

Manulife Philippines in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Sales Associate to deliver life insurance solutions to bank clients, collaborating with branch sales and service teams to address protection and long-term savings needs.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly motivated, personable with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experienced in bancassurance sales or related customer service roles across various industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ College Degree is required.
• Bancassurance sales experience is preferred; other sales or customer service experience in banking, transport, pharma, FMCG, hospitality or IT is welcome.
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills.

The Opportunity

The Financial Sales Associate is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to Bank's clients. He/she will work in coordination with branch sales and service teams, thus we are looking for a dynamic individual, who has an independent mindset and the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

Work closely with branch sales and service teams to provide innovative product solutions to address client's protection, and long-term saving needs

Strengthen the long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service

Perform other tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree

Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred for this position but those with sales and customer service experience gained from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality and IT industries are also encouraged to apply

Must be self-driven and highly motivated

Personable, with good interpersonal and communication skills
