Job summary

Manulife Philippines is hiring a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance solutions to Bank clients. You will work with branch sales and service teams to address protection and long-term saving needs, while strengthening client relationships through outstanding service.

The role reports to an Area Manager and requires self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

The Opportunity

The Financial Sales Associate is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to Bank's clients. He/she will work in coordination with branch sales and service teams, thus we are looking for a dynamic individual, who has an independent mindset and the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with branch sales and service teams to provide innovative product solutions to address client's protection, and long-term saving needs
• Strengthen the long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
• Perform other tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree
• Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred for this position but those with sales and customer service experience gained from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality and IT industries are also encouraged to apply
• Must be self-driven and highly motivated
• Personable, with good interpersonal and communication skills
