Job summary

CIS Bayad Center, Inc. is seeking a senior finance professional to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning in Metro Manila.

The role requires coordination with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate statements and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, and forecasting, along with 3–5 years of managerial leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy is required.
• CPA certification required.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit and financial planning.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit financial reports, including stand-alone and consolidated reports, and MERALCO reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Prepare annual financial statements with notes and analyses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for year-end audit requirements.
• Prepare BOD materials and reports for Financial Controller and CFO review.
• Review monthly variance analysis vs. budget for standalone and consolidated results.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and submit all required financial reports, including stand-alone and consolidated reports, as well as MERALCO reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Prepare annual financial statements, including related schedules, notes, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for year-end audit requirements and financial statement preparation.
• Prepare BOD materials and financial reports for review by the Financial Controller and CFO.
• Review monthly variance analysis reports comparing actual results against budget for both stand-alone and consolidated financial results.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Review stand-alone and consolidated budget templates, including latest estimates and forecast updates.
• Coordinate with business units and departments to ensure completeness, reasonableness, and accuracy of budget submissions.
• Review and analyze budget assumptions, projections, and supporting details.
• Support the annual budget preparation process, budget consolidation, and management review.
• Review daily budget monitoring and budget approval

Business Case Analysis

• Review cost and profitability analyses for business cases, new projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate financial assumptions, projected returns, cost structures, and profitability drivers.

Others

• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the Financial Controller, CFO, or management.
• Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines (BIR, SEC & BSP), and documentation requirements
