REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support and enhance financial reporting related to Credit Risk, Receivables, Ageing Debt, and Cash Collections.

You will develop reporting solutions, automate processes, and work with stakeholders to improve decision-making. The role blends financial analysis with data management and automation, offering growth in technical and business capabilities within a global finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, business reporting, or data analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience developing Tableau dashboards or similar BI solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and PivotTables.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Credit Risk, Cash Collections or related finance reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data validation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring financial reports on Ageing Debt, Receivables, Credit Risk and Cash Collections.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions; automate recurring processes.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations, CR&R, and Business Decision Support to meet reporting needs.
• Support system migrations and reporting changes; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ad hoc investigations as required.
