You will develop and maintain reporting solutions, automate recurring processes, and ensure reporting remains accurate, efficient, and fit for purpose. The role combines financial analysis with reporting, data management, and process automation, offering a path to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years experience in financial reporting, analytics, BI, or data analytics.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Credit Risk, Cash Collections, Aging Debt reporting, or related finance reporting processes.
• Experience with Snowflake SQL, Tableau dashboards, and advanced Excel.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud, Oracle R12, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Smart View, or Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions for Credit Risk, Receivables, Aging Debt, and Cash Collections.
• Build dashboards and automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.

• Investigate reporting issues, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and support audit/ad hoc requests.

About our Team

Our team is responsible for delivering financial reporting and analytics that provide meaningful insights into business performance. We partner closely with the Credit Risk & Receivables (CR&R), Finance Operations, and Business Decision Support teams to deliver accurate, timely reporting, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

About the Role

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of financial reporting related to Credit Risk, Receivables, Ageing Debt, and Cash Collections. Working closely with finance and business stakeholders, you will develop and maintain reporting solutions, automate recurring processes, and ensure reporting remains accurate, efficient, and fit for purpose.

The role combines financial analysis with reporting, data management, and process automation. It offers an excellent opportunity to build both technical and business expertise while contributing to key reporting initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions that support Credit Risk, Receivables, Ageing Debt, and Cash Collection activities.

• Build dashboards and automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and data quality.

• Collaborate with Finance Operations, Credit Risk & Receivables, and Business Decision Support teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reports.

• Support reporting transformations, system migrations, and process improvement initiatives across finance functions.

• Produce and distribute regular financial reports while ensuring timeliness and adherence to business requirements.

• Investigate reporting issues, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and provide support for audit and ad hoc reporting requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, reporting analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics.

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Credit Risk, Cash Collections, Ageing Debt reporting, or other finance reporting processes.

• Experience using Snowflake, including writing and maintaining SQL queries, performing data analysis, and supporting reporting solutions.

• Experience developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards or similar business intelligence solutions.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, data modeling, and complex functions.

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud, Oracle R12, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Smart View, or Python is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality outputs within established timelines.

• Experience with KNIME, ETL tools, or workflow automation solutions is an advantage.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
