Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years accounting or financial analysis experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial and accounting data.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor transactions and ensure proper coding and recording.
• Analyze expenses, revenues, and variances and explain significant differences.
• Maintain supporting documentation for financial transactions and reports.
• Assist with audits and provide requested financial documentation.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing, payment, and accounting issues.
• Perform other accounting and financial analysis duties as needed.
