Emapta Philippines is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to support Australian wealth management clients from Makati. You will handle client services and admin tasks, follow up on actions, maintain records in XPLAN, and prepare documents and Excel templates.

This role offers a hybrid setup, day shift, and pathways to global opportunities with continuous learning and mentorship. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client services, strong attention to detail, and experience with Australian

Competenze

• More than 2 years of experience in client services and administrative support.
• Experience in handling inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional environment; no sales or cold calling required.
• Previous experience with an Australian-based organization or financial services provider is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks and client records.

Mansioni

• Follow up on outstanding action items and provide timely status updates.
• Contact external service providers to obtain required information and documentation.
• Conduct online research to support business and client requirements.
• Create, organize, and maintain client files using XPLAN financial planning software.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain complete, up-to-date client records.
• Prepare client documents, forms, and Excel templates with accuracy and consistency.
• Provide general administrative support and complete ad hoc tasks as required.
