Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Australian financial planning/financial services experience.
• Experience in client service or administration within financial planning.
• Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems.
• Experience with XPlan and SharePoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Macquarie, Netwealth and MLC.
• Experience in financial services compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for clients via email and phone.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate responses with advisers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
• Keep clients informed throughout the advice and implementation process.
• Liaise with clients, product providers, accountants and other external parties to obtain information and resolve queries.
• Manage ongoing communications from platforms and external providers, including insurance renewals and fund/platform queries.
• Manage new client meetings and annual reviews; confirm appointments and gather pre-review information.
• Prepare meeting materials, reports and SOAs; assist with post-meeting follow-up.
