Job summary

AboitizPower seeks an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist in Makati to coordinate internal financial reporting, support external reporting, and drive planning, process improvement, and performance monitoring with the Finance and Accounting teams.

The role requires proficiency in MS Office, financial modelling, strategic and analytical thinking, and clear presentation and communication skills; a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 3 years’ experience is preferred,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Professional: At least 3 years of experience in FP&A or related field.
• Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Proficient in MS Office and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare the Group’s monthly financial and operating statistics and ensure alignment with Generation and Distribution Group reports.
• ERM and Performance: Coordinate risk reporting and monitor department performance metrics.

As Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will responsible for the coordination and execution ofinternal financial reporting functions to all levels of Company’sorganization and providing assistance to the external reportingfunction. Also responsible for coordinating the team’s planning,process improvement and performance monitoring activities and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Finance and Accounting Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Reporting and Analysis - Prepare the Group’s monthly financial and operating statistics report and ensure alignment with Generation and Distribution Group’s reports. Provide support to the FP&A manager in crafting the 10-year warchest figures through consolidation of existing assets from Generation and Distribution Group’s reports. • Coordination - Prepares monthly performance report or KPI and updates department’s operational plan for Strategy and Performance Management Team’s monitoring. Coordinates the ERM activities of the team which involves reviewing, assessing, discussing, and planning risk mitigating measures and the preparation and submission of reports to ERM Team.
