Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the company’s P&L and cash flow. You will provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance, support strategic decisions, and prepare reports for senior leadership, including VP and AVP FP&A.

A strong background in finance, data analytics, and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least 5 years of experience; 3–4 years in Accounting/Finance.
• Leadership experience: at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• CPA preferred.

This position is responsible for managing the functions and activities of financial planning and analysis that are crucial in driving strategic decision-making processes within the organization through comprehensive financial analysis and insights. This position requires a strong background in finance, data analytics and business acumen to provide actionable recommendations that will optimize financial performance and support organizational goals.

The role will be heavily involved in performance management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of the Company’s Profit & Loss, financial position, cash flows and performance against plans, targets and KPIs. This role is also responsible for providing support to the VP and AVP FP&A in the areas of performance reporting, planning, forecasting, “Warchest” and special transactions.

  • Professional: At least 5 years; With at least 3-4 years in Accounting / Finance
  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years supervisor role
• License: Preferably Certified Public Accountant
