Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of Finance working experience.
• Proven, hands-on experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect (reports).
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
• Build and maintain detailed budget models and variance analyses.
• Lead the 5-year forecast to assess credit position.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to support long-term planning.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to guide business strategy.
• Design, build, and maintain automated financial report packages and board presentations using Workday Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; support cross-functional initiatives.
