Who we're looking for

Education and Professional Certification

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Possess the necessary valid licenses and certifications based on the specific services offered.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience working with clients from diverse financial backgrounds, including those dealing with various financial challenges.
• Preferably candidates with local and/or international financial advisory certification.
• Keen interest in applying digital technology to financial coaching and planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and address clients' underlying financial concerns and motivations.
• Capable of conducting financial assessments, considering all aspects of a client's financial situation, and presenting tailored solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan and conduct financial consultations and talks with clients, both in person and virtually.
• Provide holistic financial support to our members, using evidence-based methods to guide them toward making sound financial decisions and achieving their financial goals.
• Conduct financial care processes for members digitally.
• Review members' progress and offer feedback as part of financial education and ongoing monitoring.
• Assist members in navigating financial stress and significant life events such as salary cuts, weddings, or welcoming a newborn.
• Collaborate with other digital coaches and financial providers to develop customised, comprehensive plans.
• Develop lesson content, coaching methods, and training materials.
