Job summary

EnableSME, Inc. in Ortigas, Pasig, PH is seeking a highly analytical Financial Modeler to develop and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and strategic decisions.

You will build integrated financial structures, run DCF/NPV/IRR analyses, perform scenario testing, and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior management and investors. Hybrid schedule with on-site and work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, FP&A, investment analysis, corporate finance, valuation, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and the relationship between P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and financial modelling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with DCF, NPV, IRR, and comparable company analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate financial information into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience supporting M&A, project finance, fundraising, investment analysis, or strategic planning is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, valuation, investment analysis, and business planning.
• Develop integrated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow models, including detailed assumptions and supporting schedules.
• Perform DCF, NPV, IRR, and comparable company analysis to support investment and strategic decisions.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess the potential impact of key assumptions and business drivers.
• Analyse historical financial data and develop revenue, cost, cash flow, and profitability forecasts.
• Build robust Excel-based financial models using advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and other data analysis tools.
• Prepare financial models to support M&A transactions, project finance, fundraising, valuations, and business planning.
• Validate model outputs, identify inconsistencies or errors, and perform model checks, reconciliations, and quality assurance.
• Present complex financial analysis and modelling outputs clearly to senior management, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Review and improve existing financial models through automation, improved model structure, enhanced functionality, and streamlined reporting processes.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand financial drivers and translate them into meaningful modelling assumptions and outputs.
