Job summary

HR TechX Corp in Metro Manila seeks an experienced professional to lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side M&A. You will oversee project execution, manage client relationships, and guide teams to deliver high-quality due diligence reports that support investment decisions and negotiations.

The role requires strong knowledge of financial statements and transaction analysis, proven leadership, and excellent communication with stakeholders and clients. CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, M&A, or audit, with managerial experience.

• Lead financial due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings, net debt, working capital, and cash flow analysis.
• Assess financial performance, identify key risks, and evaluate potential transaction adjustments.
