Cambridge University Press is hiring a Data Analyst to join the International Property & Services team in a hybrid setup. You will own smarter decision-making by transforming complex data into clear, reliable insights and scalable reporting solutions.

The role reports to the Head of Operations Resilience & Services Strategy and involves building Power BI dashboards, data governance, and automation with Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Power BI data modelling, DAX, dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with SQL-based systems and ETL.
• Understanding of data structures and reporting concepts.
• Ability to apply data governance for quality and compliance.
• Clear communication of complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership of data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and transform data from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for insights.
• Strengthen data governance with definitions, docs, quality checks and access controls.
• Develop automation solutions using Power Automate for reporting workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate needs into effective reporting and self-service data access.
