ISS Market Intelligence is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Data Operations Team in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing financial data from verified sources. The role involves handling mutual funds, ETFs, and other funds, with daily and monthly data workflows and strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, proficient Excel skills, and the ability to learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably business courses (Fresh Graduates encouraged).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to learn new technology concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, cross-border/multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work under pressure with performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Extract data sets from various financial entities using established methodologies.
• Execute work processes and standards to ensure timely, high‑quality data.
• Identify deviations and report errors or unusual results to research teams.
• Correct or elevate data elements per policies and methodology.
• Participate in data quality assurance and root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare final data sets for ingestion via MS Access queries or proprietary software.
• Conduct QA and refresh reports used by business stakeholders.
