Telework PH is hiring for a full-time support role based in the Philippines. You will handle emails, chats, and calls, focusing on billing support, invoicing, and contracts while ensuring a positive customer experience.

This position requires at least 3 years of financial customer service experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM. The role offers a competitive package with performance-based incentives and statutory benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial customer service experience (calls).
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to changes in processes, systems or regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming support communication: Email, chat and phone calls.
• Provide billing support to new and returning customers (quotes, invoices, contracts, payment processing).
• Organize product feedback and feature requests as we continue to improve our platform.
• Make notes of outdated support materials to improve self-service.
• Ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for customers.
• Meet and exceed daily performance metrics related to key performance indicators.
