Job Description & Summary

The PMO Associate supports the operational and reporting needs of FCU delivery teams. This role focuses on data collection, reporting, tracking, and coordination to ensure projects and managed services engagements operate efficiently and transparently.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with limited prior experience who are comfortable working with data, reports, and operational metrics in a structured delivery environment.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the preparation and maintenance of regular operational and performance reports
• Collecting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple delivery teams and systems
• Tracking key metrics such as productivity, quality, staffing, and service level performance
• Maintaining trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates used by delivery leadership
• Supporting project and engagement documentation, including plans, trackers, and logs
• Coordinating with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers to ensure timely and accurate data submissions
• Supporting meeting preparation, status updates, and follow-ups
• Monitoring basic risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating when required
• Maintaining organized and audit-ready documentation
• Supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as required
