Thunderbird Resorts and Casinos is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the financial management, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance for the group. You will ensure accuracy of records, develop financial strategies, monitor budgets and cash flow, and provide timely reports to support business decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA with a Bachelor's in Accountancy/Finance, 7+ years of finance experience, and 3+ years in a managerial role, with hospitality/gaming sector

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is required.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least three years in a managerial role.
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, casino, or resort industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting records and financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support strategic planning.
• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
• Monitor departmental budgets and operating expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Develop financial models and projections to support business initiatives.
