We are seeking a senior, highly capable Financial Controller to oversee and manage comprehensive accounting operations for a rapidly expanding portfolio of ASX-listed and corporate secretarial clients. In this pivotal leadership role, you will direct distribute back-office accounting functions, ensure rigorous financial governance, and play a key part in centralizing and scaling multi-jurisdictional financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes across multiple entities.

• Provide high-level review of financial statements, management reports, and statutory compliance documents.

• Manage, mentor, and coordinate distributed back-office accounting teams to drive productivity and accuracy.

• Partner directly with senior leadership to streamline processes, standardize workflows, and integrate expanding operational units.

About you

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting designation.

• Extensive background in financial control, month-end review, and financial statement preparation, ideally within a multi-entity or corporate services environment.

• Proven experience with ASX reporting standards, corporate secretarial support, or working with listed entities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise, and lead remote or distributed accounting teams effectively.
