Job summary

YOUR ROLE

• Lead the Site Finance overall financial strategy, governance and performance management
• Ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, long-term sustainability, and value creation by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to Key Management, General Manager (GM) and Operation Team
• Drive financial planning, risk management, capital expenditures optimization and operational efficiency to support ST business goals and profitability
• Engage and negotiate with Philippine local authorities, including tax agencies and regulatory bodies to secure favorable tax incentives and ensure adherence to all local laws and regulations
• As a member of the management team, formulate policies, procedures, and improvement plans to successfully drive long and short-term strategies

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Master degree in Management for at least a CPA graduate
• 10 years experience as country Company (Semiconductor/Electronics)
• Extensive knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office and Data Dashboarding using powerBI
• Excellent English for business proficiency in both oral and written communication
