Job description

YOUR ROLE

• Lead the Site Finance overall financial strategy, governance, and performance management.
• Ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, long‑term sustainability, and value creation by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to Key Management, General Manager (GM) and Operation Team.
• Drive financial planning, risk management, capital expenditures optimization and operational efficiency to support ST business goals and profitability.
• Engage and negotiate with Philippines local authorities, including tax agencies and regulatory bodies to secure favorable tax incentives and ensure adherence to all local laws and regulations.
• As a member of the management team, formulate policies, procedures, and improvement plans to successfully drive long‑term and short‑term strategies.

Your Skills & Experiences

• Master degree in Management; at least a CPA graduate.
• 10 years experience as country controller in a semiconductor/electronics manufacturing company.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office and data dashboarding using PowerBI.
• Excellent business‑level English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
