Job summary

ResultsCX in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning and performance. You will gather and analyze costs, prices, expenses, and revenues, and provide accurate reporting to drive real-time business decisions.

You will manage the Daily Margin Tracker, support the Monthly Forecast process, build optimization models, and assist with month-end closing and variance analysis to improve financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Analytical aptitude to identify opportunities and forecast outcomes.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Ability to apply evaluation techniques to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Daily Margin Tracker and analyze cost components to improve margins.
• Support Monthly Forecast Process and variance commentary for accuracy.
• Develop optimization models to close gaps to optimal margin.
• Assist month-end closing with P&L variance analysis.
