Job summary

A fast-growing multi-brand F&B group in Metro Manila is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis / Business Intelligence Analyst. This role involves analyzing sales performance, monitoring costs, and providing actionable insights to management. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment. Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years experience in FP&A, Business Intelligence, Management Accounting, Commercial or Revenue Analysis.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or FMCG is highly preferred.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by branch.
• Monitor food cost % and labor cost % versus targets.
• Prepare sales and cost forecasts and budget vs actual reports.
