Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accountant/Financial Analyst to support month-end close activities, asset management, and depreciation budgeting. The role involves FAR close, reconciliations, and generating reports to improve financial accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a tertiary accounting/finance qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills. Knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or financial analysis roles.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Desirable knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• FAR system close and reconciliations.
• Generate and distribute reports.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
• Create new assets for FAR.
• Maintain asset attributes in the FAR.
• Process retirement of assets.
• Co-ordinate the refreshing of depreciation tables.
• Review and extraction of depreciation budget/forecast data.
