Qualifications

• 2-3 years of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience in real estate.
• Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or Management Accounting or related programs.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, and maintaining financial discipline within the organization.
