Job summary

Confidential is seeking an analytical risk and compliance professional to protect the integrity of the employee expense program. You will analyze expense data, identify risk patterns, investigate anomalies, and strengthen internal controls to reduce financial risk.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Internal Audit, and business teams to drive policy adherence, influence behavior, and produce meaningful reporting that supports informed decisions and continuous process

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with experience in expense auditing, compliance, financial analysis, risk management, or internal controls.
• Hands-on experience using SAP Concur for expense management, including audit rules, exception reporting, policy enforcement, approval workflows, and compliance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify anomalies, assess risk, detect fraud indicators, and recommend solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks, audit methodologies, internal controls, and financial risk management practices.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, interpret system-generated insights, and use data to strengthen controls, tune audit parameters, and improve compliance outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, drive policy adoption, and promote compliant behaviors across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
