Job summary

Confidential is seeking an analytical risk and compliance professional to protect the integrity of the employee expense program. You will analyze expense data, identify risk patterns, investigate anomalies, and strengthen internal controls to reduce financial risk.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Internal Audit, and business teams to drive policy adherence, influence behavior, and produce meaningful reporting that supports informed decisions and continuous process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Experience in expense auditing, compliance, financial analysis, risk management, or internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze expense data to identify risk patterns, trends, and compliance gaps.
• Investigate exceptions, anomalies, and potential fraud indicators across large expense populations.
• Perform targeted audits and risk-based reviews to assess adherence to policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Interpret system outputs and audit results to enhance monitoring and control effectiveness.
