Job summary

Airalo is hiring a Finance Transformation Lead to drive the modernization of the finance function across ERP, process automation, a 5-day close, controllership and SOX-lite, and standardized data and dashboards.

This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role reporting to the CFO, coordinating with the finance organization and external advisors in a fully remote, global setup. You will manage multiple workstreams with keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance with a track record leading large-scale transformations.
• Led an ERP implementation end to end as the finance lead (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
• Deep re-engineering and automation across O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A.
• Strong controllership background (SOX/SOX-lite, ITGC, audit readiness).
• Program & change-management discipline; multi-workstream roadmap with advisors & stakeholders.
• Influence and credibility with senior stakeholders inside and outside finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP program finance side with SI/vendors from BRD to cutover.
• Lead design decisions across the finance value chain and post-cutover reporting.
• Drive data migration, master data ownership, and chart of accounts design.
• Deliver standardized dashboards and driver-based forecasting with a single truth.
• Embed finance into key decision forums and manage governance (SteerCo).
• Define and track efficiency, accuracy, and cost benefits of the transformation.
