Job summary

Funtomato Consultancy Inc. is seeking a Finance Management Trainee in the Philippines to join a structured program covering accounting, finance reporting, and business analytics. You will collaborate with senior finance leaders to learn and apply financial processes across the organization.

Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience who are fluent in Mandarin and English are encouraged to apply. This role offers a clear path toward becoming a Finance Business Partner in the iGaming

Qualifications

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage.
Strong accounting fundamentals and analytical/problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken, written, and reading).

Responsibilities

Undergo a structured training program covering accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and business finance.
Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and management reports.
Analyze financial data, variances, and business performance to support decision-making.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Work with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business operations.
Participate in finance projects and progressively take on more complex responsibilities.
Develop toward a long-term career as a Finance Business Partner (FBP).
