Morgan McKinley seeks a hands-on post-trade operations professional to drive UAT projects, implement system enhancements, and push straight-through processing in APAC markets.

You will lead post-trade execution, client onboarding, data management, and reporting, partnering with front, middle, and back offices to strengthen controls and efficiency.

The role requires initiative, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to optimize cross-market post-trade workflows and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in post-trade, settlements, and the APAC equities settlement lifecycle.
• Familiarity with sell-side/buy-side trading environments and cash equity products.
• Strong client management, proactive mindset, and adaptability.
• Experience with DTCC CTM and Alert.
• Exposure to Fixed Income or multi-asset post-trade processing.

Responsabilités

• Post-Trade Execution: Perform seamless trade matching, allocations, confirmations, and settlement submissions to custodians.
• Client & Static Data Management: Lead client onboarding, manage static data, and resolve workflow/fail issues with top-tier touchpoints.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Oversee daily trade, tax, and regulatory reporting to exchanges alongside monthly commission claim reconciliations and CSA requests.
• Process Optimization: Build operational efficiency by tracking performance metrics (pre-match/fail rates) and launching new automated solutions.

Drive post-execution operations across diverse APAC markets. Lead UAT projects, drive system enhancements, and innovate processes to push STP (Straight-Through Processing) to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Post-Trade Execution: Perform seamless trade matching, allocations, confirmations, and settlement submissions to custodians.
• Client & Static Data Management: Lead client onboarding, manage static data, and resolve workflow/fail issues with top-tier touchpoints.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Oversee daily trade, tax, and regulatory reporting to exchanges alongside monthly commission claim reconciliations and CSA requests.
• Process Optimization: Build operational efficiency by tracking performance metrics (pre-match/fail rates) and launching new automated solutions.
