Job summary

Latte Search in Makati is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager for an on-site, full-time role. You will quickly understand client financial systems, integrate processes, and mentor staff through the full accounting cycle.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a CPA is preferred, and at least five years in finance with three in a supervisory role. Strong Excel and experience with QuickBooks/XERO are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license is highly preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant finance or accounting experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory/leadership role including mentorship.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, XERO) are essential.

Responsibilities

• System & Process Integration: understand client's financial systems and workflows, ensure accuracy and completeness of client financials.
• Team Integration & Mentorship: supervise and mentor staff through the full accounting cycle.
• Reporting & Quality Control: own timely preparation and delivery of financial reports with attention to data integrity.
