Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Finance System Analyst in Quezon City to administer and optimize core finance systems, including JDE, Workday, and Adaptive Insights. The role covers troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and leading data integration for Miles and Solifi.

You will build dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, support budgeting and forecasting, and train finance users to improve system literacy in a hybrid, dayshift setup.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting JD Edwards (JDE), Workday, and Adaptive Insights.
• Strong background in data transformation and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with ERP transition projects and complex system integrations.

Your Role

As a Finance System Analyst, you will:

• Administer and support core finance systems including JDE, Workday, and Adaptive Insights, ensuring stable integration with budget and reforecasting tools.
• Act as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting, user support, and coordinating with vendors for system upgrades and patches.
• Lead the data integration and optimization of specialized asset management platforms such as Miles and Solifi.
• Support the execution of the reporting roadmap by developing dashboards and automated financial analytics using Power BI or Tableau.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Finance Systems Analyst or in a similar technical finance systems role.
• Proven expertise in administering and supporting JD Edwards (JDE), Workday, and Adaptive Insights.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP transition projects and complex system integration lifecycles.
• Strong technical proficiency in data transformation and visualization tools like Alteryx, Dataiku, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Direct, hands-on experience with asset management systems specifically Miles and Solifi.
• Professional accounting membership or postgraduate qualifications (e.g., CA ANZ, CPA, or CIMA).
• Familiarity with Australian Accounting Standards and their application within automated finance systems.
• Proven ability to identify manual process bottlenecks and implement automation solutions to drive efficiency.
• Experience managing internal and external audit requirements related to finance system controls and data integrity.
