Job summary

Laus Group of Companies seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee the finance department, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage tax compliance. You will lead accounting staff, monitor cash flow, and coordinate with operations to reconcile receivables and payables.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. On-site reporting at Mazda Dagupan is required.

• Required skill(s): accounting, financial reporting, general accounting, taxation, leadership.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Willing to report onsite at Mazda Dagupan.

Job description

• Oversees and manages finance department. This includes monitoring and review of Financial Statements and other financial reports, the checking of journal vouchers, cash disbursement vouchers, debit/credit memos and other accounting forms or documents.

• Ensures tax reporting/payments compliance.

• Handles finance related issues which include monitoring and reconciliation of Accounts Receivables/Payables with Operations and submission of financial reports as required.

• Monitors and manages bank loans and borrowed funds from affiliates.

• Maintains principally accountable for the cash management of the company which includes monitoring of daily cash position, timely funding of bank accounts, maximize fund utilization and projections.

• Directs and organizes all accounting activities and finance personnel.

• Prepares accurate and timely accounting and financial reports.
