Job summary

Claritas is seeking a Finance Associate (Strategy and Transactions) to support internal accounting and finance functions, perform market and financial analysis, build models, and participate in deal processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 1 year corporate finance experience preferred.
• CPA/CMA certifications ideal but not required.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and financial analyses and build financial models.
• Perform due diligence and assess transaction opportunities.
• Assist with client presentations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support project management and ensure deliverables on schedule.
• Contribute to firm initiatives and stay updated on industry trends.
