Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Finance Specialist to join our Finance team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will reconcile payroll and financial system data monthly, deliver standard and ad hoc reports, and support month-end close and budgeting.

You’ll transform large datasets into insights with advanced Excel, collaborate with stakeholders to forecast inputs, and help drive accurate financial classification and reporting across CAPEX vs. OPEX.

Qualifications

1+ years of BPO/shared services experience delivering financial analytics.
Perform variance analysis to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.
Understand CAPEX vs. OPEX for accurate financial classification.
Transform large, unstructured datasets into actionable insights using Excel.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather forecasting inputs and provide business insights.

Responsibilities

Reconcile payroll and financial system data monthly for forecasts and reporting.
Deliver standard and ad hoc reports and analyze variances for budget owners.
Support month-end close and annual budgeting with subledger reports and data validation.
Document processes, improve workflows, and support high-volume financial analyses to drive resolution.
