Job summary

KNC Group of Companies, a Jollibee Foods Corporation franchisee, is seeking a Finance Specialist in Quezon City with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).

The role analyzes financial data, supports budgeting and forecasting, and provides insights to guide business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and can work independently or in a team. Candidate will review financials, monitor controls, and prepare ad hoc reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Willing to work at Cubao, Quezon City with a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
