Hellmann Worldwide Logistics-Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Finance Service Delivery to lead a dynamic finance team in our shared service center.

You will drive accurate financial processes, collaborate with global stakeholders, and push for continuous improvement. This role focuses on optimizing accounts payable/receivable, intercompany flows, and reporting using Power BI and D365, with emphasis on SLAs and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven leadership in finance delivery within SSC or similar environments.
• Experience in international settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Finance Service Delivery team ensuring accuracy and efficiency in AP/AR and master data.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial operations.
• Ensure SLA compliance across all finance processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Mentor junior staff and drive performance.
• Oversee regional credit and insurance applications for APAC and monthly turnover reporting.
• Maintain SSC Finance Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
