Job summary

bajajauto is seeking a Finance Sales Lead to drive growth at assigned dealerships. You will lead Off Roll DMAs to achieve targets, promote finance schemes, and manage end-to-end customer documentation and processing.

You will build strong dealer relationships, monitor competition, and support collections while ensuring timely reporting and adherence to TATs. This role focuses on productivity and high-quality customer service in a dealership network.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a field sales team.
• Strong relationship management with dealerships.
• Capable of driving finance sales and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Off Roll sales DMAs to ensure sales & penetration at the dealership as per the target.
• Ensure all documents w.r.t. customer are verified in originals and scanned, fill details in ICAS & submit within prescribed TAT.
• Sell finance schemes to customers inside and outside dealerships as per targets.
• Maintain and improve relationships with dealers, addressing daily issues/queries.
• Verify KYC and customer data in line with company policy; monitor compliance.
• Track competition activity at dealership/location to inform strategy.
• Improve DMA productivity and organize ASC/branch dealer visits.
• Manage enquiries and follow up on open inquiries; convert leads (Web/Tele/ Rural).
• Oversee RC collection and FEMI/non-starter resolution within targets; report to ASM daily.
