Job summary

Haier Electrical Appliances Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support corporate finance processes and analytics in Manila. You will assist monthly closes, prepare insightful reporting for management, and support budget development and rolling forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in Corporate Finance is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates of Finance and Accountancy are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the monthly closing process of data extraction and analysis.
• Prepares reporting packages with thoughtful business insight/analytics to management team on key matters affecting the business and its ability to achieve financial results.
• Analyzes, uploads, and submits monthly balance sheet analysis reports to HQ counterparts.
• Maintain expense utilization system to monitor business performance and provide managers with insights into risks and opportunities.
• Assists in the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and other reporting requirements.
• Prepares reports and analyses as required by management.
• Develop advanced Excel models to assist in reporting and analysis.
• Assists in handling special projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
