All About You in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a detailed Project Coordinator/Analyst with a Finance background to manage budgets and financial data across engineering projects. You will work with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep budgets accurate, forecast trends, and support management reporting.

The role emphasizes Excel expertise, Pivot Tables, ERP familiarity, and the ability to communicate financial updates clearly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Must communicate effectively with cross functional teams regarding financial updates.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in Excel and be able to generate Pivot Tables, filtering and scripting is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Access, Power Query and Power Automate; ERP experience helpful.
Prior experience with Oracle 11i or other ERP is advantageous.
Experience in project management is a plus.
Willing to work night shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Run and monitor budgets for all Engineering projects by tracking labor and materials and updating budgets.
Assist in accurate and timely entry of financial data into project budgets and lead in reconciliations and reports.
Aid in the preparation of aggregate financial reports for management review.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth finance operations and effective communication.
Support budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and reporting.
Contribute to special finance-related projects as assigned.
